TriggerPlus has successfully accomplished Implementing Phase A of Event 24x7 Suite of Solutions at John Bryce

Phase A of Event 24x7, TriggerPlus's flagship product, was successfully implemented at John Bryce IT Systems.  As a part of the long-relationship agreement between the two companies, the management and monitoring of Event 24x7 Suite of Solutions will be implemented in all John Bryce training as well as in all of the John Bryce subsidiaries.

Since the beginning of 2010, Event 24x7 Suite of Solution has monitored and sampled different software components and communication elements of John Bryce IT Systems, which are decentralized around diverse locations in Israel.  Moreover, according to predefined rules, Event 24x7 is capable of identifying abnormal activities and bugs.  Whether automatic action or manual intervention is required to amend the system malfunction, Event 24x7 automatically notifies relevant functions within the organization via advanced notification methods such as SMS, E-mail or IVR.  

TriggerPlus, whom specialize in development and delivery of automatic management and monitoring suite solutions, has recently announced the launch of their new version of Event 24x7 which includes a new module, "Notification Center". The new module has a two way communication capability, enabling the operator team to receive messages from the system (E.g. Assign a problem to a specific operator) as well as the ability to send feedback to the system.  If required, the system can escalate the alert and automatically define the problem as "closed" once resolved.
